The collection of personally identifiable information for the purposes of this competition will be subject to the MSN Privacy Statement at http://privacy1.msn.com/uk/. Specifically, the data collected through this competition will be used to send an email to entrants to confirm whether the entrant has won a prize or not. All personally identifiable information will be deleted approximately six (6) weeks after the winners are selected.

• The competition is open to everyone 18 and over, excluding employees of Microsoft and McCann Ericsson and their families.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this game.
• Individuals can enter the competition as many times as they like.
• The competition begins at 12.00 on Tuesday 12 February 2007 and ends at 12.00 on Wednesday 15 May 2007.
• To enter the competition, participate in the new Live Conspiracy Game at http://www.theconspiracygame.com/ by using Live Search to solve the Conspiracy puzzles.
• Players who successfully solve the Conspiracy puzzles will be entered into a prize draw to be held on 04 June 2007.
• Entries from third parties will not be accepted.
• The prize winner will win a media centre PC and an Xbox 360.
• Winners will be informed by email no later than midday one month after the draw.
• The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Microsoft's decision shall be final.
• By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Winners' names will be available for a period of two weeks after 04 July 2007 by writing to MSN.
• Microsoft reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
